Lead Motion Designer

Remotely/Office

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Create advertising videos for game projects;
  • Perform motion design and video editing;
  • Do compositing;
  • Work with game content in the real-time engine Unity;
  • Train and develop specialists in the video department;
  • Develop and implement pipelines for video creative production;
  • Form teams of video designers;
  • Develop ideas, concepts, and scripts for video creatives;
  • Maintain art documentation;
  • Control the quality of the team's work.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of animation principles and the ability to apply them in practice;
  • Understanding of basic screenwriting techniques;
  • Experience in character animation;
  • Excellent video editing skills;
  • Ability to create creative assets;
  • Ability to work with stylization based on existing characters;
  • Skill in sketching and storyboarding;
  • Ability to create technical specifications for video department employees.

YOU ARE PROFICIENT IN:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro;
  • Adobe After Effects;
  • Adobe Photoshop;
  • Unity (basic understanding);
  • Spine or DragonBones;
  • Experience with 3D packages (modeling and animation).

A portfolio is required.

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Maya.
